How big is each unit?
Each unit is 1,250sf (25’x50’). The ceiling is 16’ tall and there is a 14’ bay door for easy truck or van entrance.
How long is the lease term?
The minimum lease term is 1 year, though we welcome longer term leases if you are interested.
How much does it cost?
The rental rate for each unit is $1,600. This includes all CAM (common area maintenance fees), property taxes and property insurance. Each unit is individually metered (including fiber for wi-fi) and you will be responsible for setting up and paying for your own utilities.
Is the property secure?
Yes, the property has video recorded surveillance cameras running 24-7. Additionally, you will have your own coded door lock and you can lock your bay door with the lock of your choice.
